Welcome! The Interactive Case is designed to illustrate how we think our way through the challenges our clients present to us. Although this is not a real client assignment, it closely approximates how BCG approaches strategy consulting.
As in a case interview, you will be asked to develop a recommendation for the client by analyzing the relevant facts and demonstrating your ability to formulate a supportable conclusion.
Although there is no single correct answer, there are a limited number of sound, defensible conclusions. At the end of the exercise, you'll receive feedback that illustrates the kind of thinking BCG interviewers will be looking for. It should take a little less than an hour to work your way through the assignment.
You have been assigned to work on a product-offering strategy case for Trevor's Toys, Inc. Your team has been asked to deliver a recommendation quickly: you have only 12 weeks (or 60 working days) to complete the project.
