Application package
To most applicants, you can submit your application through our online application system. Our application system is global and thus you just need to fill in one application. For those who are interested in opportunities in multiple offices, you can state your geographical preference in the system. You can choose up to three offices in the system.
Our online application is simple but comprehensive. We will collect information about your academic achievements and relevant experiences. To facilitate your application, you will also be asked to submit your most updated resume/CV, cover letter, academic transcript(s) and university entrance examination results (if applicable) through the system. If you are still in your final year of studies, you can supply us with your unofficial academic results up to the last semester if official copies are not yet available. For undergraduate applicants from leading Chinese universities applying for our Shanghai/Beijing offices, please follow the recruiting procedures posted by your schools.
BCG is very serious with every application we receive. Our staffs review each application carefully to see whether the applicant is a good match to us. Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to complete our reviewing process. Typically, you can expect to hear from us within a month.
