BCG treasures the intellectual diversity of the group. We are interested in talents from different educational backgrounds. As a new hire, you would typically join BCG as an associate or a consultant, depending on your academic qualifications and professional background. New associates have generally obtained (or is expecting to obtain) bachelor or master degrees from leading universities in Asia, US or Europe. Most of them have some business experience through previous part-time, summer or full-time work. New consultants are usually advanced degree holders (e.g. MBA, PhD, MD, JD, etc.) who have obtained (or will obtain) their degrees from top international institutes.
